CAMPUS INNOVATION LEAGUE

Report of Activities 2018-19

The League constitutes 90 student members led by Faculty Dr.E.Ajitha, Department of Bank Management assisted by student leaders Nivithraa (SS) and Priyanka (A). The League had a very eventful year. It conducted eight programmes on varied current topics of interest. The flash mob-mime conveyed the importance of mental health.The Cross Event witnessed the showcasing of latest banking technology and trends by the students of the Bank Management Department (SS) and the most common nutritional problems of the present day youth and its cure by the students of Food and Nutrition Department (Aided) .The wall paintingnear the annex block entrance was based on the theme of spreading awareness on environmental issues. The Project Beauty enhanced the aesthetic sense of the students. Jogathonpromoted the idea of outdoor activities to help improve health and fitness. Pink Ribbon formation created awareness of breast cancer. Project- Say No to Plastics created awareness among the students and staff on the hazardous effects of usage of plastics and encouraged students to make and use cloth and paper bags. The Nemilicherry village project was an outreach programme where the students of the league painted the compound wall of the Government school with appropriate themes.
